Cottrell Park, Vale of Glamorgan

Emma and John’s wedding took place at the lovely 36 Hole Golf Venue of Cottrell Park, which is set in the heart of the Vale of Glamorgan and is an idyllic setting for a wedding venue. The beautiful parkland covers over 400 acres and offers breathtaking views sweeping northwards as far as the Brecon Beacons and southwards over the Bristol Channel to the Mendips!. The wedding was a lovely day full of laughter and emotions, Emma and John both looked stunning and were very relaxed in front of the camera.

I started the day off with bridal prep duties, which is always a good laugh! The girls were in full swing when I arrived - drinking champagne and eating a McDonalds breakfast! The weather held for most of the day apart from a heavy downpour just as we finished the group shots, so it didn’t really effect my photography plans.

The whole day was relaxed, full of love, laughter and tears of happy memories and celebrations for those who had passed and couldn’t share the special day.
